We currently only ship within the UK
All orders received by 11am Monday - Friday ,we will despatch the same day, depending on the volume of orders we receive but please note it will be stated at checkout if it wont leave in the above timescale
Orders placed after 11am Monday to Thursday are normally despatched the next day. Orders received after 11am Friday and on weekends will normally be despatched on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays) No orders are processed on Bank Holidays.
We reserve the right to ship more than one order together if going to the same address. Postage paid will not be refunded.
We DO endeavour to despatch as quickly as possible, and if your order is required urgently please put the date needed by in the additional info box upon checkout. Or, if you need an order sooner than stipulated in our terms, please RING or MESSAGE Kim on +447786512821 BEFORE placing your order as we cannot guarantee any special requests without prior confirmation.

Lost or Damaged Orders
Although we take every care to ensure that your order arrives safely, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by Royal Mail or any alternative couriers. If your order should arrive damaged or not arrive at all the following conditions apply:
If your order has arrived damaged:
Please send a text message, WhatsApp or phone to speak with us (we’re human we don’t bite!!) on 07786512821 immediately explaining the nature of the damage and the products affected.
We may request you to send photographic evidence and/or return the damaged goods to us, should we need to make a claim against the carrier.
Special Thoughts won’t reimburse the cost of return delivery, however, replacement products will be despatched immediately - if any items are out of stock we will offer you an alternative product or refund.
If you order has not arrived:
Please allow sufficient time for your order to arrive, listed below is a guide to help you understand normal delivery times.
UK Tracked 48 : 2-5 business days
Tracked 24 : 1-2 business days
Please note: Occasionally deliveries can take longer than the times listed above and Royal Mail do not regard an item as lost until 7 working days after it was posted (UK) 25 days elsewhere.
If it is longer than 7 working days since you received your order confirmation please send a text message, WhatsApp or phone (we’re human we don’t bite!!) on 07786512821 or e-mail specialthoughtsdoncaster@gmail.com explaining that your order has not arrived.
You may be required to complete a lost declaration form.
Your order will be re-despatched immediately after the allowed time and we receive confirmation of its loss from the carrier. If any items are out of stock we will offer you an alternative product or refund.
Payment
All items must be paid for in full before your order will be despatched. You can pay securely online by Credit/Debit card or ApplePay.
Once your order has been received you will be sent an order confirmation by e-mail. Please check your spam or junk folder as sometimes we end up in there !!
Cancelling or Returning Your Order
Special Thoughts are confident that you'll be completely satisfied with your products. However, if for any reason you wish to cancel or return all or part of your order the following conditions apply:
Cancelling before you have received your order:
Please send a text message, WhatsApp or phone (we’re human we don’t bite!!) on 07786512821 as soon as you have decided to cancel. If your order has not been despatched it will be cancelled and you will be issued with a refund.
If your order has been despatched you must return the goods, in their original SALEABLE condition with the order number, and we will refund the cost of the item ONCE RECEIVED and in re-saleable condition

Please Note: Items will be sent back to us at your own expense. When your order arrives you must return the goods, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition.

Online Security
Rather than handle your credit/debit card through our system, we take online payments via the secure payment service offered by Stripe.
Stripe automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs. Special Thoughts never have access to your credit/debit card information which makes it impossible for anyone to capture your card details from our site. Furthermore, we will never contact you to request your credit/debit card details.
